Shipping and Handling Policy
Your order is important to us!
All orders are expedited for prompt
shipment during normal business operating times (M-F excluding
holidays; 9-5). We will ship your order the same day if we
receive it by 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
We ship from our warehouse via our
standard delivery service,. We can also drop-ship for no
additional charge. Allow five days for our shipment to reach
your domestic location.
There is a shipping and handling
charge on each order (except for certain digital products- see
below). In your shipment, you will receive a packing slip but no
invoice. You may request rush handling or overnight delivery for
an additional charge.
Lee Dubois is NOT responsible for lost
or refused orders drop-shipped to third parties.
Electronic Products – Certain digital
products are sent instantly via email. NO Shipping Fees will
Lee Dubois has a policy of no refunds,
returns, or exchanges on ALL orders. We will replace materials
with the same product version only when the materials are
defective or there are problems of workmanship. You MUST obtain
a Return Authorization Code from Lee Dubois before shipping any
items back to Lee Dubois. We cannot accept returned merchandise
without a Return Authorization Code issued from Lee Dubois.
