Summary:
Mr. Hermening is an experienced Contract Manager, Program Manager and Consultant with exceptional management and people skills. He is a retired US Army First Sergeant with over 25 years experience in management, recruiting and the educational arenas in both military and civilian occupations. Mr. Hermening is responsible for securing over $30 mil in new contract awards over the past 2 years from both government and private industry.
Mr. Hermening is an experienced instructional designer and holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Training and Development from the University of Louisville. He has worked with both the ISD and ADDIE models of training development.
Mr. Hermening is an experienced curriculum developer and instructor. He has worked on the US Army Recruiting Command’s Doctrine 3.0 project and helped in the development of training videos, helping to develop video scripts and storyboards for four training videos that are currently being used by the Army Recruiting Command.
